Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering
Order by the 28th of the month to receive that month’s box. Orders placed after that will receive the following month’s box.
For example:
Orders placed from October 1st through October 28th receive the November box.
Orders placed from October 29th through November 28th receive the December box.
Shipping
Boxes are shipped out between the 1st and the 3rd of each month.
Billing
You are billed on the date of purchase. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the 15th of the month.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account preferences.
For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed at the time of purchase and then each month on the 15th.
While there are no refunds, you have the option of donating your box to someone in need.
You can make changes to your account at any time using your account preferences. Cancel before your subscription renews on the 15th of the month.
If you cancel anytime after 15th, you will still receive that month’s box and the cancellation will be processed for future boxes.

Right now, Busy Minds Boxes are only available for shipping in the contiguous United States.
Yes, but we hope you don’t! Each month features a different theme, and we’d hate for you to miss one.
