Kind of a no-brainer, right? I think we'd all rather have $150 in our pockets than $15 or nothing at all.
But if that $150 wasn't an option, which would you rather have? $15 or nothing?
Something is better than nothing at all.
How much exercise should you get? ANY AMOUNT.
Sure, it's recommended to get 150 minutes per week of activity that will raise our heart rates. But a lot of people - myself included - feel like if you don't hit that 150, you've failed. And it stops us from trying.
But SOMETHING is better than nothing. 15 minutes is better than zero, even if it's not 150.
Think of it like this: sure, I'd love to have $150, but I'm grateful to have $15 compared to nothing at all.
